What we collect

When you create an account: your email address and name. When you submit a problem: the problem description and any files you attach. When you use Budget Check: the CSV file you upload (deleted after analysis). We never store bank login credentials.

How we use it

To deliver your action plan, send you status updates, and improve the service. Financial CSV data is analyzed by AI to generate your spending report, then deleted. We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Anonymization

If your problem is published to the Solutions Library, it is fully anonymized first. No personal details, names, or identifying information are ever published.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing security@askneady.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics for understanding how people use the site. No advertising cookies.

Third parties

We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI analysis), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (DNS). All are SOC 2 certified. We have data processing agreements with each.
