Ask Neady is a platform where real people submit real problems and receive step-by-step action plans. We also offer budget checks, follow-up sessions, and a library of anonymized solutions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ask Neady. By creating an account or submitting a problem, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Services

Ask Neady offers the following services:

• Problem Submissions: You describe your problem. Neady reviews it and creates a personalized, step-by-step action plan.
• Budget Check: Connect your spending data and receive a detailed analysis of where your money goes, along with specific savings recommendations.
• Follow-up Sessions: Weeks after your plan is delivered, Neady checks back in to see how things are going and adjusts the plan if needed.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed on the platform before you pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change, but any changes will not affect plans you have already purchased.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to reject any submission that contains hate speech, threats, illegal activity, or content that is harmful to others. Rejected submissions are automatically refunded.

We also reserve the right to edit or remove content that violates community standards.

Anonymization and Publishing

Completed solutions may be anonymized and published in our Solutions Library so others facing similar problems can benefit. All personally identifiable information is removed before publishing.

By submitting a problem, you consent to this anonymization and publishing process. If you want your solution removed from the library, contact us and we will take it down.

Intellectual Property

All content on Ask Neady — including solutions, plans, blog posts, and design — is owned by Ask Neady. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our content without written permission.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. We only use it to create your plan and, if applicable, to publish an anonymized version.

Ask Neady is not a therapist, financial advisor, doctor, or licensed professional of any kind. The advice provided is practical, experience-based guidance — not professional counsel.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, financial emergency, or medical issue, please contact the appropriate professional or emergency service in your area.

Our plans are suggestions based on common sense and real-world experience. Results vary. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Ask Neady is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes that result from following our advice or using the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Refund Policy

If your submission is rejected during content moderation, you will receive an automatic full refund. No questions asked.

Once a plan has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available. You are paying for the time and effort that goes into creating your personalized plan.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can stop using Ask Neady at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or other users.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
